The second of the Mint Leaf Restaurant Group’s developments. This site, in the City of London, carries on the aspirations of the brand, fine dining and fine lounging. In a grade 2 listed banking hall the space is set over 3 floors. The main dining hall is on the ground floor and has a 16m long bar and open kitchen as its focal point. Using 4m high slate and pebble cladding the site is an iconic development for the city. The champagne bar sits on the mezzanine overlooking the main space. In luxurious black snake-skin the booth areas provide a sexy retreat from the main dining and bar area.
This is an exclusive and understated space that blends american walnut with river washed pebble wall cladding. The main kitchen and ancillary spaces sit in the lower ground floor area. The total development occupies 8000 sq ft.
