Working within George Best’s favourite bar allowed us to create bar areas, a ground floor Delicatessen, and first floor restaurant space that combines to have the feel of a casual house environment, individually detailed and created as a sequence of spaces that cater for the particular needs of our customers. This is a unique and one-off project that was designed to feel that it had always been there and always will be.
